Our design approach focuses on Design for Manufacturability (DFM), ensuring that every component is optimized for the injection moulding process. We work closely with our customers from the initial concept stage, offering technical inputs on material selection, part geometry, wall thickness, draft angles, and shrinkage considerations to achieve optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Using advanced CAD/CAM tools, our engineering team develops detailed 3D models and conducts mold flow analysis to predict potential challenges such as warpage, sink marks, and air traps—allowing us to resolve issues before tooling begins.
Our in-house tool design capabilities ensure seamless integration between product design and mould development. This results in reduced lead times, improved accuracy, and better control over the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
